What is Global Relay Archive?

Global Relay Archive, known as the LSEG Compliance Archive to LSEG customers, is a secure, web-based platform where:

Compliance reviewers can review electronic messages.

Compliance Officers can leverage Flagging Rules – automated keyword and phrase scanning, random sampling, and message categorization – to identify and review messages.

Global Relay Archive enriches, analyzes, and organizes unstructured communications data in one scalable, cloud data store. With embedded workspaces and workflows, you can put communications data in the hands of the right people, empowering your employees to work smarter and faster.

Why should I upgrade?

Your company is being upgraded to the latest version of LSEG Compliance Archive, hosted by Global Relay Archive, so you can experience its improved security and many new features, including:

• Heightened monitoring: Optimize your compliance surveillance with complex keyword queries, compliance policies, and whitelists.
• Enhanced Supervision: Evaluate messages comprehensively with policy flagging and reviewer-specific review queues.
• User communication analytics: Discover patterns in employee conversations to expose unknown risks.
• Embedded audio playback and AI-enabled transcription: Read or listen to aural exchanges to assess, evaluate, flag, or escalate for further review.

How much does it cost to upgrade?

This upgrade provides numerous features and security improvements free of charge to your organization. 

What will happen to my data in the current archive?

All messages within your current LSEG Compliance Archive can be migrated to the next-generation archive, in accordance with Global Relay’s standard procedures. We will share full detail with you during the upgrade process.

Will my existing login continue to work?

If you are currently using multi-factor authentication (MFA), your existing credentials will continue to work as before. If you are not using MFA, we will set up your Global Relay Authentication using Cisco Duo two-factor authentication.

Will I continue to have access to the current archive?

Once your LSEG Compliance Archive is upgraded, the old LSEG Compliance Archive will be sunset.

Are there other features, products, and services that Global Relay offers beyond Global Relay Archive?

Yes! If you or your team have other needs you would like to discuss – such as self-serve data exports, ring-fenced workspaces, ChatGPT surveillance, Global Relay App, etc. – please mention them to our team during the upgrade process, and we can walk you through additional options available to you.
