Accounting and Finance

The Accounting and Finance team includes professionals such as Chartered Accountants (CA), Certified General Accountants (CGA), and Chartered Professional Accountants (CPA). The team is responsible for operational accounting, internal and external financial reporting, and compliance requirements applicable to Global Relay’s worldwide business.

Administration

Our Administration team supports our customers and internal teams. They are responsible for front-end customer support - including answering calls and directing them to appropriate parties. They also provide daily operations assistance and support for Global Relay staff, manage office supplies and equipment, and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the office.

Data Services

Our Data Services team provides audit, eDiscovery, and data migration support to our global customer base. The team is a specialized, professional services department that delivers service and industry expertise on audit, legal eDiscovery, and data management related inquiries.

Human Resources

Our HR team champions our corporate culture. They bring together dedicated and hardworking individuals who aspire to learn and grow with the company. This team strives to bring out the best in our employees and provide them with the resources, training, and coaching they need to perform at their optimal potential.

Information Security

Our Information Security team is tasked with ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Global Relay services and customer data. They ensure our systems and services can be entrusted with the most sensitive data of the world’s largest financial firms, which have some of the most demanding security requirements of any industry.

Business Development

Our Business Development teams expand and support our customer base of 23,000 organizations and counting through direct sales, partner channels, marketing, and customer success programs. As we rapidly expand, these teams have the opportunity to do business with some of the largest and most successful organizations around the world.

Operations

Our Operations team is responsible for maintaining Global Relay IT systems and ensuring the performance and availability of Global Relay services. In addition, they work closely with development teams to manage software deployments, patches, and system maintenance. Operations staff specialize in areas such network management, system administration, and data center operations.

Product and Project Management

Our Product Management team is responsible for researching and defining enhancements and upgrades to Global Relay services. They ensure our services solve real-world problems. Project management staff ensure development, operations, and customer implementation projects are completed smoothly and efficiently.

Customer Training

Our Training team actively nurtures customer relationships by providing customized training and assistance for non-IT matters. As our ever-evolving product line grows, this team stays well informed of all service enhancements, ensuring our varied customers can maximize their investments. They deliver consistent, timely, and effective customer support with each and every interaction.

Provisioning

Our Provisioning Engineers manage the integration of customer systems with Global Relay services. They are trusted advisors who work closely with customer IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure our services are set up to meet each customer’s unique requirements.

Technical Support

Our Technical Support team helps ensure our services run correctly and smoothly for each customer. They troubleshoot services and use creative problem solving to get to the bottom of every technical issue. This team is available 24x7 to quickly assist our customers - whether it requires sifting through server logs, configuring software, or troubleshooting an Exchange environment.

Development & QA

Our software developers build pioneering cloud services that are used by the largest global organizations to solve real world problems. Dedicated QA staff are embedded with each development team. They ensure defect-free code through manual and automated testing. These teams tackle interesting and engaging problems related to scalability and high availability in big data environments.
