Global Relay App is only made available to users under service agreements between Global Relay and our customers, who contract with Global Relay to use Global Relay App to facilitate archiving of their business communications. The data and message content we collect and archive through Global Relay App is data that is controlled by our customers and processed as they instruct us and in accordance with the terms in their service agreement. Global Relay also collects information about general usage patterns of GR App functions to help us to develop and continually improve GR App; that information is subject to our Online Privacy Statement found here, is collected and used on an aggregated and anonymized basis, and is not linked to your identity. If you as an individual Global Relay App user have questions about the data collection, use, and destruction practices applicable to your personal information collected through Global Relay App, you should direct them to the business that requested or directed you to use Global Relay App, who is the controller of that data (usually that will be your employer). However, if you as an individual Global Relay App user have privacy related questions, concerns, or complaints specifically relating to Global Relay in its role as a data processor of your information, you may contact us as directed in our Online Privacy Statement noted above.
