Use of the Website

So long as you are in compliance with these Terms of Use, Global Relay grants you a limited non-exclusive right to view and download content from the Website for your personal, non-commercial use relating to Global Relay, provided that you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original content on any copies, without change, modification, or deletion in any way. If you breach any of these Terms of Use, your authorization to use the Website automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any copied, downloaded or printed content.

Ownership & Copyright

Unless otherwise stated, the content published on the Website is owned by, or licensed to, Global Relay and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and international treaties. Global Relay Marks

The proper use of Global Relay’s logos, icons, product and service names, designs, images, slogans, domain names (including “globalrelay.com” and “globalrelay.net”), service marks, and any other trademarks or property (collectively “Global Relay Marks”) is critical, as they represent and distinguish the company and the intellectual capital Global Relay has put into all of its offerings since 1999. The improper use of Global Relay Marks by third parties can damage Global Relay’s reputation, and confuse the public. For example, the unauthorized use of Global Relay Marks by a third party can create the impression of an affiliation or partnership, when in reality none exists.

Accordingly, all third parties must receive the express written permission of Global Relay prior to using Global Relay Marks in any way (including, but not limited to, in connection with print, online advertising, production/design materials or news stories).  Use of Global Relay Marks must also be in strict compliance with our Brand Guidelines, which outline (among other items) the required clearance, size, placement and attribution of Global Relay Marks. Global Relay intends to take all necessary measures to enforce its rights to, and ensure the proper use of, Global Relay Marks. The use of some Global Relay content made available on the Website may be subject to additional terms and conditions contained in any agreement accompanying or relating to such content, including, without limitation, any agreements you may have with Global Relay in connection with Global Relay’s services.
